Sauerbraten with Semmel Knoedel, Red Cabbage and Carrots!
We had such a great evening...our friends bought along German Beer & Wine, and we topped the meal off with an Obstorte! I'm pretty sure my Oma would think that I am nuts for attempting so many dishes in one day (and there's no way I could have done it without Viv's help!), but to me there's few things as fun as spending the day in the kitchen, cooking a big meal and knowing that it will be enjoyed with good friends!
Dinner was great!! I especially loved the Krautkrapfen. Job well done.
