Awesome October Snow

There's very little that's quite as fun for our little monkeys as an awesome surprise snowfall in October!

This will give you sense for how much snow we got in less than a day:

Given the depth of the snow James had a little bit of a harder time getting around without face-planting...

And then there we're those pink boots he had to wear given I wan't quite prepared for such a heavy snowfall and all we had on hand we're Anna's boots from last winter!  Its a good thing he's comfortable with his masculinity :)

Anna couldn't wait to build her first snowman of the season, but clearly Mum's skills at helping were not quite like Dad's given it turned out to be more of a snow-mound than a snow-man!

This did little to deter Anna's enjoyment of the snow day however...As you can see, there's nothing like kicking back and enjoying awesome Colorado!
