Down Under 13 - Memories of an amazing trip!

While covering ~20,000 miles return, catching 6 flights with a grand total of about 44 hours inside an airplane was an ambitious undertaking with a 3.5 yr old and a 20 month old, spending precious time with my sister, dear friends and Mum, as well as enjoying Western Australia's beautiful sights made it all well worth it.

This last posting from our 3 weeks spent Down Under is a compilation of fun memories and pictures I love.

James getting a precious moment on Uncle Andy's cool motorbike.

Looking slick in his shades.

Just like his Daddy, our boy loves cars!

One of the residents in Ines' backyard.

Our little Spiderman...

...and a real Red-Back Spider (these are not to be toyed with as they are poisonous)

Visitors in Ines' back yard.

Anna enjoying the Sunset.

James and Oma having pool fun-time.

Out bushwalking...

Good times with Aunty Ines.

Peek-a-boo.

Mmmm, that looks yummy!

Chris' photo play with lights.

Love this shot of Ines :)

Cherry ears.

Windswept.

My, what a big kangaroo you are!

Good times with Suzi.

Ines looking statuesque.

Chillin'

Daughter imitating Daddy.

Too much fun!

James thinking about shaving.

Story-time with Blair.

My boys are just so darn cute together!

"Uh-oh, Anna, they caught us making our get-away!"

Daddy and his babies.

Perhaps we had just a little too much to drink that night ;-) Good times with Karyn.

Beach - bound.

Is there any view more peaceful than this?

I'll miss you Western Australia - there's really nothing like watching the sun set over the Indian Ocean.

  1. Looks like you all had a wonderful (and busy) trip! Love the Indian Ocean pics, the pic of James shaving and Anna looking pensive. Oh, a great new blog layout!

Here's wishing you and the family the most wonderful year! I love you!
