Oma (my mum) was keen to take the kids on a special visit to see Santa at Myer (a major department store) so we met her for lunch downtown and headed off on our adventure. Oma snuck in a smooching session with James while we were waiting for Chris (who had ducked into a cool clothing store)...
...and we all had a laugh at the kids funny antics.
Anna and James entertained themselves with the bevvy of toys in the stragically located toy department during the long wait for our chance for a personal visit with Santa. Yes, Anna always wears her shades when she's playing video games ;-)
Once the kids finally got a chance to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas Anna's requests were: "Princesses, Pictures and a Kitty Kat" - go figure.
This was followed by a ride on Santa's Express! You would think that between Chris, my sister, my mum and myself we could have snapped one picture of the kids actually smiling on this train ride, but it wasn't to be!)
After all the excitement we enjoyed a quick but yummy Vietnamese meal and them Mum skipped back to work after her extended lunch break with us!
